The first week in Luxembourg was quite intense under several points of view.

First of all, there was the LuxLogAI 2025 conference in the City. So, everyday I had to take the train to reach the venue (~1hr each way) from early morning to late afternoon. It was a great opportunity to meet new people and have an idea of the ongoing research activities of the community here in Luxembourg and in the neighboring countries.

At home, I had to buy few essentials to complete the apartment. My wife and I sent from Italy some packages, but still there were some missing (or broken) items. We also explored the surroundings a bit. The Christmas market in Differdange was quite nice, and the a cappella choir performing there was superb.

Finally, I took my new badge, entered my new office, signed some documents, and get started!
